No iron was in our suite. When asked, I was told to use their cleaning service.

We needed to take care of a few wrinkles. Central Tower elevators were not in service. Individuals working promotions in the casino section were told to tell guest where to go to gain access to the hotel. And their information was incorrect.

No signs posted to explain where to go. Inconvenience trying to assist my 82-year-old mother, needing assistance.

I asked during booking my reservation about late checkout if needed.

I was told $10 for 1 hour. Then, when I called the front desk to extend my stay, I was told it would cost $30 for 1 hour.

User's recommendation: If looking for certain amenities, make sure to ask and get it writing or stay at another hotel. Save yourself the headache of disappointment and false advertisement for your stay.

On Friday, May 6th we stayed at your hotel at the suggestion of Priceline. We had to find a last minute place to stay due to a cancelled flight.

We had concerns from the moment we approached the area the hotel is located in, they increased once we were at the check-in desk and guests in line were involved in an altercation during the checkin process.

When we got to our room it all went deeply down hill; long black hair on a towel in the bathroom, hair in the tub, mold behind the sink, blood spots on the comforter on the bed, temp. Was 81 with no ability to turn it down, no remote for the tv, no outlet cover on the electrical outlet. We called guest services but were unable to get through. Went down to the desk but line was again over an hour wait.

We called housekeeping and were told they would put in a ticket but it would be a long wait to bring us a remote or look at the temperature gauge, broken shower head. I also was convinced to sign up for your casino rewards card with a promise of credits after I gambled a certain amount. Played $200 in the slots, lost it all, then were told the machines were down and I would not be rewarded the credits promised. All in all a very negative experience.

If youre wondering why we didnt leave immediately, we had just experienced over 12 hours of airline nightmares and a $40 cab ride to get to your hotel.

We just wanted to grab something to eat (the staff and food at the sports bar were great) and get some sleep. We could not afford another expensive cab ride and additional hotel fees to move to another location.

Called 3 times to have room cleaned and extra amenities. No service completed.

Coming from an event I saw housekeeping in the hallway and asked if she made it to my room , she said no but made a call. My pillows and towels arrived an hour later but my room wasn't serviced. Called customer service to file complaint the gentleman wasn't apologetic but stated daily serviced was declined on my reservation which my spouse wasn't aware of since we are here for 5 days.

As a family we decided we will not return to this hotel.

We called for warm blankets and was told they were out.

No iron, we had to reuse dirty towels, no extra toilet paper. We are highly disappointed and not happy about our stay at the Stratosphere!!!

I had a medical emergency when I was staying at the stratosphere hotel. I called 911 for my room saying that I was suicidal and I needed help and so the police came and took me in an ambulance and I spent the night in the ER they let me go the next day because Im going into rehabilitation treatment but when I got back to the hotel they treated me extremely Terribly they told me I had five minutes to pack up all my things and that I was banned and I could never go back

We choose the Stratosphere because we wanted to ride the rides at the top. All rides were closed our entire stay!

We checked in on Monday May 16th, we were offered and upgrade to a newly renovated room witch would also have a nice view for $20 extra a night.

We took it, we received room 24-125. This room did not have a good view, our view was of the roof of a lower building and not even facing the Las Vegas Strip! This room was also not newly renovated, the first day the bathroom sink would not drain and the bathroom fan did not work. I sent Ivy (a vertiual assistant)text message and it was fixed.

The air conditioner worked, but was very load and it was hard to sleep. The second day when we went to shower the water did not work at all! I text messaged Ivy again and 2 hours later the water came on and Ivy apologized for the inconvenience. Later that day we went out of the casino to visit other casinos however the surrounding areas are very scary and we felt unsafe so we payed for taxi rides our entire stay.

On our 3rd day in the evening the water was working however it would not heat up! Again I text messaged Ivy, this time she didnt reply until after we had gone to sleep with out showers!

On Thursday May 19th we went to check out and I wanted to speak with someone about receiving a refund because of our horrible experience there but the line was so long we didnt have the time to wait. I would like a full refund!

Stay May 13 overcharge and refund

Checked in on 5/13/22 was misinformed about charges by Fed. Had paid with credit card online and was then charged again a fee of 95.00. Spoke with Roxi on 5/14/22 at checkout and she was given approval for the refund of 95.00. Roxi stated she would give email confirmation for refund. Have not received anything and have been on hold trying to contact front desk for over 1 hour now. Have given two reviews on Google that are a one . Not happy and will let everyone know the hotel is not worth the price.

Hotel did not reach our. I did dispute the upgrade charge with my credit card company

I booked an express deal through priceline and i'm fine with priceline allocating me the strat on vegas. I am extremely disturbed by this 2 night stay.

The checkin desk told me i can do a room upgrade for $36/night and check in immediately. I did that and we got a room that is a smoking room, the AC was also very loud and the shower is not draining properly. i highlighted this but nothing was done. at checkout, i mentioned that again but no response.

I'm ok with paying for a premium but it's not a premium its just additional charge for a lousier room with a lot of faults that were not addressed for the whole stay. I would expect an express deal from priceline to at least allocate us a decent hotel but this was absolutely horrible. That weekend is a high rate weekend and i understand that the hotel does get busy but this is really not the way.

between priceline and the hotel, i was charged 674.58 for 2 nights for a really really horrible room. we hardly have any sleep from the smell and the noise, and we couldn't take showers properly too.

Filthy room

I checked into a uncleaned filthy room and was rudely forced to keep the room with zero accommodations, in turn I was met with disgusting attitudes. Hair , lashes , and a un fixed bed .. fyi room service cleaned the room in my face ... horrible!

Hotel had white stains on the red chair. Bed broke. Chargers after Charon my 2 cards that were not authorized. Rude manager at customer service. Can not get anywhere with the staff there. Pool closes at 5pm But they charge you for a resort fee of $41.50 a night. Total rip off and dont go outside at night. Its horrible area there.

I didn't get my Deposit back

I was charged the deposit and it was supposed to be only a hold. I still haven't received my deposit back. I did leave a second message and I still didn't a call back.

Major infractions

Name: Lin Hom. A guest from 11/21-24.

On the 22nd & 23rd, vacuuming was done back to back at 10:40pm &front desk 11pm each nite. I'm a 60 yr. Old traveler and have never experienced this. On the 22nd when I was awoken by the vacuuming next door I immediately called the front desk..on hold for 30 min.

Even contacted the operator 2x when no one at the front desk picked up. Finally at 11 pm. I got dressed and went downstairs to complain. Not only was there vacuuming, but furniture was being pushed around noisily.

For Christ sake, what an intrusion on my deep sleep!!! It took another 15 min. Wait to speak to a manager M.By this time it was 11:40pm. I couldn't get to sleep til 4am.

I thought this problem would be avoided on the 23rd. Guess what? The same vacuuming began at 11 pm. This time.

Upon checkout, I spoke to the manager at 10am. The folks who were there on my first nite were quiet. On the 3 rd nite, I realized that the people next door didn't return until 10pm, the requested vaccuming. What is your policy on cleaning so late into the nite?

No one ever answers the phone at the front desk!! I've stayed at approx. 150 hotels travelling and have never experienced such a jolting intrusion so right before midnite. The first time I called the operator connected me to security whom smartly retorted with," This is a 24 hr.hotel.".

I understand this, but there are established sleeping an cleaning hr.

What took place wasn't an emergency as I overheard the conversation between the tenants& the housekeeper . If there had been an emergency, the the manager/ front desk could have provided notification.

I was not pleased with the room that I stayed in it was a last-minute booking. I arrive thats what the room.I feel I should be reimbursed for both nights that I was there because it wasnt the same look like on your website.. that shows me that housekeeping is not doing its job that is a health issue. For me to experience that on my FIRST visit

The worst experience in Vegas

I just went las week to celebrate my husbands birthday and the hotel gave us the worst experience I ecer had in my entire life, the service is terrible specially the lady Lori at the front desk, she is extremely rude, during all time we were in there the pool was closed, when we tried to ask for details or instructions to the hotel crew the people always ignore you, the people who sale the events were very rude trying to force us to go an event we were not interested in and when we asked for a show we were interested they said it was not for us and at the sports betting one lady from Jersey decided to change my husbands bet without his authorization just to don’t pay him the money he won. This is the worst hotel in Vegas, I ‘m feeling you took my money out of my pockets, but the worst part you ruined my husbands birthday!
